Consistent, Worry-Free Movement: We guarantee your primary trash bin and your recycling bin will be moved from its storage location (e.g., garage side, backyard) to the curb on your scheduled pickup day and returned promptly afterward. This service is provided weekly, all month long .
Clean as a Whistle: When we drop off or return your bins, we do a quick tidy-up around the area—about a 5-foot radius. Any loose trash, scraps, or runaway debris gets picked up on the spot.
Neighbourhood-Friendly Cleanliness: Your curb and bin area stay neat and tidy, keeping the neighbourhood looking sharp and the critters away. It’s the little things, eh.
3. Bin Washing (2x/Year)
Deep Clean Done Right: Every four months, your bins get a proper wash—high-pressure cleaning plus eco-friendly sanitizers to tackle grime, germs, and all the mystery smells.

⭐ 1. How will I pay for the service?
After you fill out our service request form, we’ll review your request. Once approved, we’ll send you a secure payment link so you can pay online and confirm your service.
⭐ 2. What if pickup day changes because of holidays, weather, or delays?
We track the city’s schedule and automatically adjust.
Holiday changes, weather delays—no problem. We still take your bins out at the right time.
3. What if I have extra garbage or forget my bag tags?
You get 12 free bag tags each year, and if you need one, we’ll put it on for you so your garbage is still collected.
⭐ 4. What if snow, long driveways, or steep hills make access difficult?
We handle winter conditions and long/steep driveways.
If snow makes bins completely inaccessible, we’ll notify you and plan a retry.
No extra charge unless the path is unusually unsafe.
⭐ 5. How will I know the job is done, and what if there’s a problem with my bins?
You’ll get a text or email confirmation after each service.
We return your bins to the same spot, help if a bin goes missing, and you get 2 free cleanings a year—no need to clean bins yourself.
⭐ 6. Do you take my bins out even if I’m not home?
Yes! As long as your bins are accessible (not blocked or behind a locked gate), we handle everything on pickup day—no need to be home.
